Film location in NRW near Düsseldorf
Open living spaces, glass, terraces and the pool offer a range of settings for a focused film production.
These uses require a separate enquiry and agreement. An accommodation reservation does not authorise a shoot, production, meeting or event.
Commercials, interviews and social video
Discuss branded films, reels, fashion films and interview setups. Availability of each area and practical requirements depend on the agreed production brief.
Plan crew, sound and equipment
Tell us about camera and lighting setups, electrical needs, recording sound, crew size and schedule including setup and breakdown. Do not assume studio infrastructure or soundproofing.
Keep filming and accommodation separate
Location hire starts at €250/hour for 1–5 people with a four-hour minimum. Staying overnight does not authorise filming; additional nights require a separate accommodation agreement.
