How many guests can stay overnight?+
The accommodation is offered for up to 10 overnight guests in four bedrooms. The permitted number of participants for location use is agreed separately.
Does a stay include a shoot or event?+
No. Overnight rates cover accommodation only. Commercial shoots, filming, music videos, meetings and events need their own agreement and price.
How are location prices calculated?+
Photo/film starts at €250 per hour, meetings at €150 and events at €450, each based on 1–5 people with a minimum of four hours. Additional requirements and fees are confirmed in the offer.
Can we film music videos?+
You can enquire about music-video, performance and fashion-film productions. Please specify playback, sound levels, crew, equipment and schedule. Loud music or a party is not automatically permitted.
Can we combine a production with overnight accommodation?+
Yes, you can request both. The production and accommodation prices, permissions and availability are confirmed separately.
Is an enquiry already a booking?+
No. The form prepares a briefing for you to send by email or Giggster. A booking requires a separate confirmation.
